Shipping and returns
Delivery Time
Delivery within Sweden normally takes 1–3 business days. For deliveries outside of Sweden, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during periods of high order volume, such as during campaigns or holidays. We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (applies to customers who provided an email address at checkout), allowing you to track your package throughout the delivery process.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you did not enter an email address but wish to track your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns
You have the right to return products in unused and original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. A return fee of 39 SEK will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders within Sweden, a return label is included in the shipment and should be placed over the original shipping label before handing the package in at a service point. Refunds are issued once the return has been received and approved in its original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders outside of Sweden, no return label is included. For international returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. The return package must be sent to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments. Returns that do not reach us are therefore not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, you are required to first return the product in accordance with our return policy and then place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures faster and more efficient processing.
