Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns within Sweden, simply attach the return label included in your package and drop it off at your nearest PostNord service point. For returns outside of Sweden, please contact us at cajsamaddish@hotmail.com or via the contact form on our website to initiate the return process. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If goods are shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a specific reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that a return fee of 39 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
